Meet our inspiration - Romeo

Our inspiration, sweet Romeo.  Our very own underdog. By the young age of one, Romeo was blind and diabetic.  Romeo courageously navigated through life, tail wagging, meeting every challenge with a smile. He was a happy-go-lucky guy who brought so much love and joy to everyone he met.  Throughout his life, Romeo made many friends and was fortunate enough to receive tons of love, affection and support.  Romeo lived a full, happy life and passed away in 2021 when he was 11 years old. Throughout his 11 years, Romeo taught us the true meaning of resilience and determination. His mom made a promise to sweet Romeo that she would honor his spirit by paying it forward for all the help and support he received. Shortly after Romeo's passing two life long besties co founded The Doggy Wish, where we are committed  to helping out other "underdogs" in need. Romeo continues to inspire and motivate us to do better.
